АГРАРНАЯ РЕФОРМА И ФОРМЫ ХОЗЯЙСТВОВАНИЯ

increased by 36.3%. A significant increase in producƟon volumes is associated with a reducƟon in imports of poultry meat. In this regard, it is necessary to form an

effecƟve development strategy for both individual producƟon enterprises and the poultry complex as a whole. The purpose of the study was to assess the financial

and economic status and approbaƟon of the simulaƟon simulaƟon methodology in the poultry product subcomplex of the agrarian sphere of the economy. During

the research, an analysis was made of the legal framework governing strategic planning in agriculture, as well as staƟsƟcal informaƟon on the industry. The general

scienƟfic methods of research were used: search, analysis, comparison, and others. In the strategic planning of producƟon development, aƩenƟon is paid to the

methodology of mathemaƟcal economics-imitaƟng modeling in assessing the use of producƟon fixed assets, personnel labor and the number of personnel involved.

Industrial and labor factors affecƟng the economic status of agricultural producers are being studied. The economic effect of using personnel through intensificaƟon of

labor is calculated. It was also noted the expediency of creaƟng new management units — responsibility centers by types of acƟviƟes. The results of the research are

based on the scienƟfically-pracƟcal guidance developed on the example of a specific agricultural enterprise, as well as a simulaƟon technique that can be used in all

agrarian branches of the agro-industrial complex and in the poultry product subcomplex including.

Keywords:

concept of strategic development, evaluaƟon of the economic condiƟon of agricultural producers, mathemaƟcal models of economic objects and processes,

simulaƟon modeling in strategic planning of producƟon development, matrix algorithm, responsibility centers.
