Таким образом, диспропорции разви-
тия животноводства, обусловленные, с од-
ной стороны, хозяйственно-биологическими
особенностями разведения отдельных видов
сельскохозяйственных животных и природно-
климатическими условиями производства
животноводческой продукции, и, с другой
стороны, уровнем развития рыночной инфра-
структуры и проходящими макроэкономиче-
скими процессами в экономике, предопреде-
ляют конкурентоспособность производимой
продукции и эффективность реализации экс-
портного потенциала отрасли.

MACROECONOMIC FACTORS REALIZATION
OF EXPORT POTENTIAL ANIMAL HUSBBANDRY

The purpose of the study is to study the macroeconomic factors affecƟng the compeƟƟveness of the produced livestock products and the realizaƟon export potenƟal
industry. The methodological basis of the study was the work of domesƟc and foreign scienƟsts in the field sustainable livestock development, the formaƟon of the
domesƟc agro-food market and the development of agricultural export potenƟal. The empirical basis of the study was the official data and analyƟcal materials of
internaƟonal associaƟons, industry associaƟons and government departments. The method of expert assessments, economic-staƟsƟcal and computaƟonal-construc-
Ɵve methods of research were used in the work. Within the framework of the research, the tendencies exports of livestock products in the framework of the state
program for the development of agriculture have been determined. For 2012-2016 years export volumes of Russian caƩle meat increased nine-fold, export deliveries
of pork and eggs reached 18.7 and 15.7 thousand tons. The influence of devaluaƟon and inflaƟonary processes in the Russian economy on the economic efficiency
producƟon and the compeƟƟveness of domesƟc livestock products were established. For example, the average annual growth rate of the cost of producƟon of milk
for 2011-2016 years has made 8.3% at the general increase in the industrial cost price of milk of 48.4%. This negaƟve impact had on the development and investment
aƩracƟveness of the industry. Based on the analysis, measures are proposed to improve the mechanisms of state support and ensure favorable condiƟons on the
internaƟonal market for Russian exporters of livestock products. The allocaƟon of subsidies for the sale products of animal origin on the foreign market will increase
the compeƟƟveness domesƟc producers and will help stabilize the price situaƟon on the domesƟc market. Another direcƟon of support from public authoriƟes should
be facilitaƟng the passage of administraƟve and veterinary and sanitary barriers for domesƟc goods in the world’s leading markets.
