специализация), так субъективными, которые
могут быть подвержены управляемому воз-
действию. Среди таких факторов выделяются
социально-экономическое положение, состо-
яние материально-технической базы, антро-
погенное воздействие, браконьерство. Си-
стемообразующими отраслями для развития
сельских территорий Севера должны стать
оленеводство, традиционные промыслы
(охота, рыболовство, добыча дикого северно-
го оленя), а также сбор и переработка дико-
растущего сырья (лесная ягода, грибы, лекар-
ственные растения). Поэтому продолжение
научного исследования будет заключаться в
оценке биоресурсного потенциала районов
Крайнего Севера и обосновании размеще-
ния производств по переработке промысло-
вой продукции. На основании полученных
данных планируется выполнение прогноза и
разработки организационно-экономическо-
го механизма развития сельских территорий
Севера.

ANALYSIS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR
IN THE AREAS OF THE FAR NORTH ON THE KRASNOYARSK TERRITORY

The ArcƟc and Northern territories are of great strategic importance for the socio-economic development of both individual regions and the whole country. Agriculture
and tradiƟonal craŌs of the peoples of the Far North can allow people to provide food with a high level of biologically acƟve substances. The purpose of this work was
to analyze and assess the prospects for the development of agricultural producƟon in the Far North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. In the given work the analysis of the
current condiƟon of the agrarian sphere on the Far North territories in the region is carried out. The main branches are represented by animal husbandry (reindeer
breeding, caƩle breeding) and tradiƟonal fisheries (fishing, hunƟng and gathering). In tradiƟonal fisheries, representaƟves of indigenous peoples are mainly employed.
Their share in the populaƟon of the Far North is 19.8% (14.9 thousand people). Over the past five years, the following trends have been observed: the number of agri-
cultural workers decreased by 20%, the area of agricultural crops dropped by 4.5%, the number of livestock reduced by 4.01%, but the domesƟc reindeer populaƟon,
by contrast, increased by 41%. There is a strong relaƟonship between budget subsidies and the profitability of the agriculture in the North. In the agrarian sphere of
the northern microdistrict on the Krasnoyarsk Territory there is a recession that negaƟvely affects the socio-economic situaƟon of the rural areas. To change negaƟve
trends, the rethinking of the current policies and changing acƟons to support rural areas is required. Prospects of the development consist of creaƟng the basic nodal
complexes for deep processing of products of reindeer breeding and wild plant and animal raw materials of the North (forest berry, mushrooms, forest grasses, fish
and furs). Also, the mechanism of distribuƟon of the natural rent from subsoil use in rural areas in the Far North requires revision.
