О страте ии развития табачной отрасли в Рос-

Рассмотрены э ономичес ие проблемы состояния

табачной отрасли. Разработан прое т про(ноза разви-

тия производства +рительных изделий, отечествен-

но(о табачно(о сырья в южных ре(ионах страны на пе-

риод до 2020 (. Приведены предложения о повыше-

нии он +рентоспособности в снижении то сичности

си(арет, со ращении численности +рильщи ов.

Strategy of developing the tobacco industry in

russian federation.

Review of economical problems of tobacco industry

was made. Two kinds of forecast for developing produc-

tion of smoking products, Russian cured tobacco leaves

in south regions till 2020 were made. Proposals for

increasing competitiveness, decreasing toxicity of ciga-

rettes, decreasing quantity of smokers were made and

proved.

Представлена схема взаимно(о расположения ин-

фра расных изл+чателей, индивид+ально(о параболи-

чес о(о отражателя и обл+чаемой поверхности. Раз-

работана математичес ая модель для определения

плотности л+чисто(о пото а на обл+чаемой поверхно-

сти. Разработана методи а расчета плотности л+чис-

то(о пото а на обл+чаемой поверхности. Данная мето-

ди а +читывает основные (еометричес ие и энер(ети-

чес ие параметры обл+чающе(о +стройства, хара те-

ристи и обл+чаемой поверхности и позволяет опре-

делить температ+р+ обл+чаемой поверхности в тече-

ние заданно(о промеж+т а времени.

Researches of density of energetical irradiation

on the even surface from infra-red sourses with the

individual parabolic reflector.

The schema of a relative positioning of the infra-red

oscillators, the individual parabolic reflector and an irra-

diated surface is presented. The mathematical model for

definition radiant flux on irradiated surfaces is developed.

The design procedure of density of a radiant flux on an

irradiated surface is developed. The yielded technique

considers the basic geometrical and power parameters

of the irradiating device, performance of an irradiated

surface and allows to define temperature of an irradiated

surface in a current of the set time term.

Исследование форм связи вла и в семенах ама-

ранта сорта Ультра методом дифференциально-

термичес о о анализа.

Проведены исследования форм связи вла(и с мате-

риалом в семенах амаранта сорта Ультра методом

дифференциально-термичес о(о анализа. Оцен +

массы инетичес и неравноценных моле +л воды в

прод+ те ос+ществляли по пол+ченным деривато-

(раммам методом неизотермичес о(о анализа. В ре-

з+льтате работы выделены три +част а процесса де-

(идратации воды при термичес ом воздействии на

семена амаранта сорта Ультра, выявлены темпера-

т+рные зоны, соответств+ющие высвобождению вла(и

с различной формой и энер(ией связи. Рез+льтаты

работы б+д+т полезны широ ом+ р+(+ специалистов,

занимающихся с+ш ой семян амаранта сорта Ультра

и для расчета и прое тирования современных с+-

шильных +станово .

Research of forms of communication of a mois-

ture in seeds of an amaranth of grade Ultra a

method of the differential-thermal analysis.

Are carried out researches of forms of communication

of a moisture with a material in seeds of an amaranth of

a grade Ultra a method of the differential-thermal analy-

sis. An estimation of weight kinetic not equivalent mole-

cules of water in a product carried out on received by a

curve method of not isothermal analysis. As a result of

work three sites of process dehydration waters are allo-

cated at thermal influence for seeds of an amaranth of

grade Ultra, and also temperature zones which corre-

spond to liberation of a moisture with the various form

and energy of communication are revealed. Results of

work will be useful to the broad audience of the experts,

seeds of an amaranth of grade Ultra engaged by drying,

and also to calculation and designing modern dryers.

В статье рассмотрены биохимичес ие и физи о-хи-

мичес ие по азатели онины, подвер(н+той низ о-

вольтной мно(оэле тродной эле тростим+ляции не

позднее 45 мин после эле троо(л+шения эле тричес-

им то ом промышленной частоты в течение 3 мин.

Выявлено, что а тивное сохранение и расслабление

мышц под действием эле тричес их имп+льсов +си-

ливает ферментативн+ю дестр+ цию миофибрилляр-

ных воло он и снижает после+бойн+ю ассоциацию

онтра тильных бел ов, что способств+ет +с орению

процесса созревания онины.

Influence of biochemical changes in electrical

stimulation to a horse-flesh on formation of tech-

nological properties of raw materials.

The article deals with biochemical and physico-chemi-

cal indices of horse-flesh subjected to low-volt multi-

electrode electrical stimulation not later than 45 minutes

after stunning by industrial – frequency electric current

for 3 minutes it has been revealed that active conserva-

tion and weakening of muscles acted upon by electric

impulses increases fermentative destruction of myofibril

fibres and reduce post – slaughter association of con-

tractile proteins, which aids in ageing horse – flesh.
