The stable reception o f lines w ith a haploid set chromosome opens
wide prospects in breeding and genetic o f plants. Thus is used culture of
anthers and m icrospo res
in vitro
- androgenesis o r crossing w ith
haploproducer.
As an in itia l material we use a hybrid material o f wheat and barley of
breeding centers o f Kazakhstan. Thus, greatest interest combination in which
parents represent d iffe r one precisely expressed by an attribute. The display
o f an investigated attribute at double hapioid enables to use a received stable
line in fu rthe r selection. At the same time, the regeneration largely depends
from genotype o f an in itia l m aterial as at androgenesis, and by use
haploproducer.

from them haploids is generically inherited attributes and are supervised
different genes, and the frequency o f an induction callus at hybrids exceeds
this parameter o f the ir parental grades, These peculiarities probably to use
in forecasting volume o f an in itia l material necessary to receive haploid
regenerants in anthers culture o f cereals.
On embryo formation in crosses with haploproducerthe special influence
renders selection of terms o f flowering haploproducer- Hordeum bulbosum
and barley, and also corn and m illet and wheat. On formation haploid embryo
render influence also clim atic condition during realization o f crossing. High
temperatures and the low hum idity of air in August much reduces to haploid
embryo formation. Thus, basic advantage o f use haploproducer before
androgenesis is absence albinos among haploid regeneration, and also best
survive of plants after processing o f colchicine, which is used fo r doubled of
chromosomes.
Results of long-term researches have shown, that on the induction of
morphogenesis in anthers culture and haploid embryo influences interaction
o f the factors genotype, conditions o f a growing o f plants and culture of
explants.
