H igh-value genotypes conservation and gomozygous material creation

using tissue culture methodes are of great importante for cucumber practical

breeding. Clonal m icropropagation methodes o f cucumber inbreeding lines

are developed. It is set that using liquid medium M-S supplemented with 0,1

тдЛ BAP and 0,01 mg/l IBA gave possibility to difference plants according

the ir sexual implement and select the female ones in early ontogenesis

period, 7-10 days earlier than at usually conditions. Quantity female plants

about 95% guarantees obtantion o f the hybrid seeds F1 in cucumber

population.

Cucumber vegetative shoots were cultivated

in vitro

in aim to conserve

and propagate the value parthenocarpic forms. This plant tissue culture method

makes available to conserve and propagate unique cucumber forms fo r

practical selection at autumn-w intertime.
