Annotation:

The article discusses the implementation of the State program of development of agriculture and

regulation of markets of agricultural products. The main provisions are analyzed the food security

Doctrine of the Russian Federation. The positive results of the implementation guidelines, the food

security Doctrine and named the problematic moments. The role of refined meat and dairy

subcomplex in meeting the needs of the population. Considered the value of food imports to meet

the needs of citizens and create a competitive environment. The concept defined the self-

sufficiency of the region and its relationship and food security. Questions, consider the quality of

livestock products and introduction of organic products. The analysis of money income of the

population of the Perm region. The conclusion is made about the reduction in crisis share of

expenditures for purchase of goods and payment of services in total revenues. The analysis of

consumer spending of residents of the Perm region. The conclusion is made about the underlying

growth of spending on food with the structure of consumer spending. Analysis of milk and meat

production in the Perm region. The conclusion is made about reducing meat production and

increasing milk production. The analysis of agricultural land as conditions for development of

livestock forage. The conclusion is made about reducing the number of cattle and pigs with a

moderate increase in the number of goats and sheep. The analysis of resources of meat and their
