Скармливание цыплятам-бройле-
рам кросса «Смена-7» комбикормов с содержанием
пребиотической добавки «Сель Ист» в количестве
1 кг на 1 т комбикорма позволило вырастить птицу
живой массой 1975 г, повысить среднесуточный при-
рост на 7,5%, а также увеличить сохранность птицы
до 96,6%. Использование добавки в комбикорме по-
высило переваримость органического вещества, сы-
рого протеина, сырой клетчатки и сырого жира, со-
кратило затраты корма до 1,73 кг на единицу приро-
ста. Также был получен максимальный среднесуточ-
ный баланс азота, который составил 5,36 г, и в итоге
всё это позволило улучшить мясные качества птицы.
С целью повышения зоотехнических показате-
лей, качества мяса и сохранности птицы при выра-
щивании цыплят-бройлеров кросса «Смена-7» необ-
ходимо вводить на 1 т комбикорма 1 кг пребиотиче-
ской добавки «Сель Ист».

“CELL YEAST” IN BROILER CHICKEN FEEDING

broiler chickens’ feeding with all-mash. It included a prebioƟc supplement “Cell Yeast”. Intensifying agricultural busi-
ness and especially broiler poultry as the most science-intensive and high-tech industry can solve the problem of
meat producƟon in Russia. A promising direcƟon in poultry feeding is the use of enzyme supplements, i.e. probiot-
ics, prebioƟcs, which are natural growth sƟmulants to obtain environmentally friendly products. The enzyme supple-
ments improve the qualitaƟve growth indexes and protect the organism against harmful environmental effects. The
poultry industry priority is to decrease the mortality rate and the amount of fodder per 1 kg of live weight gain. In
this regard, it is advisable to study the impact of natural growth promotants on the chicken body. The effect of “Cell
Yeast” on poultry performance was studied. Three groups of chickens with 500 animals in each group were formed.
Reference group animals received the basic diet. Housing condiƟons were idenƟcal for all the groups. It should be
noted that the mortality rate during all 38 days of raising was at sufficiently low level. Chicken live weight was regis-

day of raising. To obtain the live weight
readings, 50 sample chickens from each group were weighed individually. During the experiment it was noted that
“Cell Yeast” prebioƟc had a posiƟve effect on zootechnical performance of broiler chickens. Speaking of zootechni-
cal performance, it should be noted that the absolute live weight gain of second experimental group chickens was
higher by 7.5 % compared with the reference group; this had an effect on average daily gain. One of the most impor-
tant indexes of chicken meat producƟvity is the amount of fodder per 1 kg of live weight gain; the baseline being the
amount of fodder
per capita
during the enƟre period of raising. The following indexes were considered: slaughter
yield and producƟvity index; the laƩer allows adequate evaluaƟon of the experiment outcome. The balance feeding
experiment was followed by a full zootechnical analysis of the all-mash and manure samples according to conven-
Ɵonal methods. This balance feeding experiment allows one to calculate the nutrient balance of a diet. At the end of
the experiment (day 38) all the chickens were slaughtered; the carcasses were dressed anatomically.
