Delphinium ukokense (Serg.)

is localendemic species of Altay. It meets

in lim ited territory and has narrow-ecological amplitude. This species is

recommended fo r state protection. Because of difficult introduction and fo r

protection genofond o f this rare species it was attempt to decide this problem

by

in vitro

culture methods. We used 0,1% <Belosept-M> (20 m in.) and

0,1% HgCL2 (2 m in.)fo r sterilization of seeds. Only single seeds were

germ inated on Murashige and Skoog basal medium added w ith I mM 6-

benzylaminopurine (BA). Various concentration of BA (2-10 µM ) was studied

fo r m icropropagation. Coefficient o f propagation was 2-4 shoots per one

explant. Increase level of BA up to 20 mM resulted to higher yield of adventive

sh oo ts : 7-10 sh oo ts pe r one e xp lan t. Low c o n c e n tra tio n s o f 1-

naphthaleneacetic acid (1-3 µM) or indole-3-butyric acid (3-5 pM) stimulated

rooting.Morphology o f roots was dependenced from using auxins.
