Лен is one of the basic cultures of complex use. In the last decade

agroecological the condition of regions traditional cultivate flax was subjected

to essential changes, therefore there was the necessity of creation o f the

new forms o f plants through methods o f cell selection. The received lines

can hereinafter be used fo r recultivation of grounds as cultures, clearing

ground o f connections toxic of elements or as raw material for reception of

various production, not used by the person in food. Thus there is the problem

o f stability flax to heavy metals, namely to cadmium, which is at present the

most dangerous and the most widespread(distributed) element of pollution,

and flax, as is known, is very sensitive to structure of soil solution. In this

connection the spent experiment was directed on study o f conditions grow

of plants flax

in vitro

and for use of results for reception of the new forms o f

culture, adapted to certain(determined) conditions of an environment on the

basis o f introduction selectivity factor in nutrition solution.

The work was carried out(spent) with grades: VNIIL-11, Torgokskyi-4;

Pskovskyi-359; Spartak; Prisiv-81. Primary callus a fabric obtained on

segments of steams, taken with week plants of flax. The concentration o f

hormon 2,4-Д, at which the most intensively process callusogenez proceeded,

was established experimentally and made 1 m g /l. Visual supervision have

shown, that plants of all experimental grades formed yellow dense callus. In

quality of the selectivity factor used various concentration of ions cadmium

,which made 5,15,25,35 mg/l. The concentration 25,35 mg/l. have appeared

died plants. Experimentally was established, that optimum concentration,

at which the most expedient to carry out(spend) the subsequent stages o f

cell selection is concentration 15 mg/l. Therefore subsequent fabric callus

cultivation comes true on nutrition solution, containing ions cadmium in

concentration 15 mg/l.
