service@gw-spepa.pharm.runnet.ruStress causes specific exchanges o f gene expression in plant
organisms, first of all it reflects in changes of metabolism rate of intracellular
proteins in cell culture.
We studied proteosynthesis ability of cell culture of
Раnах ginseng
and
Rauwolfia serpentina and proteometabolism of individual enzymes, ones of
antioxidant cell system catalase and peroxidase under the action o f low and
high temperatures. We also investigated influence o f radiation stress on
antioxidant system enzymes in cell culture of Panax ginseng and
Rauwolfia
serpentina
as comparative aspect.
Proteosynthesis ability of cell culture o f
Panax ginseng
under action o f
high temperature was not different from standart.Few changes of stability of
total protein leaded to that quantity of it under action o f heat shock was fo r
certain not different from standart.Low temperature shock on the contrary,
leaded to decrease of proteosyntesis in more then 3 times. Stability of total
protein increased importantly. As fo r proteometabolism in cell culture of
Rauwolfia serpentina
it was obtained sim ilar objective laws underaction o f
heat shock and significantly different in/after process of 24 houres adaptation.
It was obtained reliable changes o f parameters o f of catalase and
peroxidase metabolism under the action of temperature stress. Especially it
was significant fo r catalase in cell culture o f
Rauwolfia serpentina.
Low and
high temperature action leaded to qualitative and quantitative changes of
izoenzyme spectrums o f studied enzymes and the ir kinetic and biological
properties.
Moreover, it have being stadied influence o f radiation stress on
proteometabolism in cell cultures, compared with temperature stress datas
were obtained.
