ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE MONUMENT OF THE REGIONAL VALUE
OF “ZATYUMENSKY” FOREST PARK OF THE CITY OF TYUMEN

The arƟcle is devoted to the problem of conservaƟon of specially protected natural territories. The research topic is especially interesƟng for urban areas that provide
sustainable urban development. The authors consider the main aspects of the sustainable development of the seƩlement and substanƟate the direct dependence of
the evoluƟon of the territories in the implementaƟon of urban development acƟviƟes with the ecological framework of the city. The object of the study is a specially
protected natural area, located in Western Siberia, in the city of Tyumen, Tyumen region. As a result of the analysis, the main problems of preservaƟon of the nature
monument of regional importance were revealed, as well as a set of measures and management soluƟons for the conservaƟon of the forest park. In the course of the
research, an analysis of the city’s investment aƩracƟveness was carried out, and territorial planning documents were studied. To solve this problem, the document
“Charter of Sustainable Development of European CiƟes” is given, in which the authors find the basic points of contact with the given topic of the arƟcle and the policy
of the state as a whole.
