Выявлено снижение посевных площадей под картофелем и незначительное увеличение

посевных площадей под овощами. Установлены негативные тенденции урожайности

картофеля и незначительный рост урожайности овощей. Рассмотрена деятельность Счетной

палаты РФ по контролю за эффективность использования средств Федерального бюджета.

Назван размер самообеспеченности РФ по овощам в 2016 году. Проведено сопоставление

фактического самообеспечения РФ по картофелю с показателями Доктрины

продовольственной безопасности.

Annotation:

The article discusses food consumption as one of the indicators of the standard of living of the

population. A value is determined of potatoes and vegetables for human health. Indicators

describes the main production of potatoes and vegetables in Russia over the period from 2000 to

2014. The evidence presented does not meet the standards of proper nutrition intake of

vegetables, fruits and berries. The causes of not enough intake of vegetables. Defines the role of

the peasant (farmer) farms and individual entrepreneurs in the production of vegetables. Clarified

the role of import substitution to achieve food security in the country. The analysis of opinions of

various authors about the need of import substitution. The role of the state support of agriculture

in the development of large holdings. Lists favorable for the production of vegetables in the

Federal district. The analysis of physical sales of potatoes, vegetables and fruits in the Perm

region. The assumption made about the impact on the consumption of potatoes, vegetables and

fruit the economic situation in the country and the income level of the population. The analysis of

the gross harvest of potatoes and vegetables in all categories of farms of the Perm region. The

structure of production of potatoes and vegetables in accordance with the business entities.

Showed a reduction in the acreage of potatoes and a slight increase in the acreage under

vegetables. Trends found negative yields of potatoes and a slight increase in the yield of
