Использование стандарта «Халяль» для мясоперерабатывающих предприятий Республики Беларусь: проблемы и перспективы

различных видов продукции в целом по стране и по Гродненскому региону. Было

установлено, что производство мясной продукции по Гродненскому региону имеет

положительную динамику по удельному весу в общереспубликанской структуре, поэтому

потенциал для освоения новых рынков, в том числе и азиатских, присутствует. Реалии рынка

и влияние внешней среды в стране требуют от мясоперерабатывающих предприятий не

только формального внедрения системы менеджмента качества. В ходе исследования было

выявлено, что такие стандарты как ISO 9001:2015, ХАССП успешно применяются на

большинстве мясокомбинатах страны. Стандарты охватывают всю производственную цепочку,

а не только процесс переработки, поэтому подтверждают безопасность белорусской мясной

продукции для потребителя. Но, как показывает практический опыт отдельных

производителей, использование стандарта «Халяль» позволяет стать лидером на азиатских

рынках, которые в настоящее время нуждаются в высококачественной мясной продукции.

В процессе разработки проблемного поля было установлено, что белорусские мясные

продукты могут стать узнаваемым брендом в мировом пространстве, что позволит повысить

прибыль, уровень рентабельности предприятий страны в мясоперерабатывающей отрасли.

Annotation:

In this article special attention is paid to standards, in particular the Halal standard, in activity of

the meat-processing enterprises of the Republic of Belarus. As object of the research activity of

the meat-processing enterprises of the Grodno region in dynamics for 2011-2016 acts. In the

course of the research such methods as the dialectic, dynamic, economic analysis, system,

situational and process approaches, synthesis, induction and deduction were used. For assessment

of operational performance of activity of the meat-processing enterprises the analysis of volumes

of different types of production countrywide and on the Grodno region is carried out. It has been

established that production of meat production on the Grodno region has positive dynamics on

specific weight in all-republican structure therefore the potential for development of the new

markets including the Asian, is present. Realities of the market and influence of the external

environment in the country demand from the meat-processing enterprises not only formal

introduction of a management quality system. During the research it has been revealed that such

standards as ISO 9001:2015, HACCP are successfully applied on the majority meat-processing

plants of the country. Standards cover all production chain, and not just processing process

therefore confirm safety of the Belarusian meat production for the consumer. But, as shows
