Рассмотрена система обеспечения питанием пилотируемых космических

объектов в процессе развития космонавтики.

Специалистами разработаны различные пищевые продукты с целью со3

здания физиологически полноценных, сбалансированных по содержанию

основных пищевых веществ рационов питания. Эти продукты поставлялись

на орбитальную станцию «Мир», а в настоящее время – на международную

космическую станцию.

В последнее время микроцевтик селен привлекает к себе все большее

внимание ввиду его активного участия в различных метаболических реакци3

ях, обеспечивающих нормальную жизнедеятельность человека. Наибольший

интерес представляют соединения селена в органической форме, характери3

зующиеся высокой эффективностью действия. Поэтому создание пищевых

продуктов, обогащенных биоусвояемым селеном или БАД, содержащих ор3

ганопроизводные селена, является актуальным направлением.

Изложены результаты социологического опроса 2000 жителей г. Омска в

виде анкетирования, проведенного авторами в период с января по июнь

Влияние содержания рас

ширенной жилки на заполняющую способность табачной мешки

Показано, что заполняющая способность табачной мешки с добавлением

расширенной жилки увеличивается. Наиболее очевидны эти изменения при

добавлении 5, 25 и 30 % расширенной жилки. Сопоставляя эксперименталь3

ные и дегустационные результаты можно прогнозировать заполняющую спо3

собность мешки и курительные свойства сигарет.

Raising the

Influence of expanded tobacco

vein on the filling capacity of tobacco bagging

The authors show how the filling capacity of tobacco bagging is being

increased while adding the tobacco vein. These changes are being most obvious in

case of adding the 5 %, 25 % and the 30 % expanded veins. By means of

comparing the experimental and tasting results, one can forecast the filling

capacity of tobacco bagging and the smoking properties of the cigarettes in

question.
