The action o f boron surplus on mass accumulation and content of

phenolic compounds was investigated. Na2B4O7x 10H2O was used as source

o f boron in concentration 2-100 times (0.15- 6g/l) more then normal

concentration.

Increasing of boron concentration in 2 times did not effect on the growthing

characteristics of suspension. During increasing of boron content in 5-10

times stimulanion effect on growth of cells was observed. The concentration

o f boron more then normal in 50-100 times lead to death of cells in very

begining of cultivation. High boron level in culture medium change content of

phenolic compounds. Increasing the boron content in 2 times decrease

phenolic compounds quantity on 14% and 5-10 times lead to insignificant

increasing (7%).

Changes o f quality composition o f phenolic compounds on different

levels of boron solanisation are studied.
