производства. Но это возможно лишь при постоянной и комплексной поддержке отрасли

молочного животноводства со стороны государственных органов. Данная статья посвящена

проблеме повышения эффективности молочной отрасли сельского хозяйства в Пензенской

области. В данном исследовании показан уровень потребления молочных продуктов

населением, рассмотрены предпосылки развития молочной отрасли в регионе. Представлены

основные производители молока в Пензенской области, показатели их деятельности.

Приведены основные типы хозяйств-производителей молока, изложена и проанализирована

региональная программа по развитию молочного скотоводства в области. Для анализа

молочной отрасли использован метод цепных подстановок, изучена динамика основных

производственных показателей. На основе расчетов сделаны выводы об эффективности

данной региональной программы, имеющихся недостатках в регионе. Выделены факторы,

сдерживающие рост и развитие молочной отрасли животноводства, даны рекомендации по

изменению отраслевых показателей в ближайшем будущем, предложены основные

направления дальнейших действий по совершенствованию отрасли.

Annotation:

Milk and milk products are an integral part of the diet of any person, these are basic foods that

contain a large number of nutrients. Therefore, the issue of providing the population with such

products is extremely important. This problem is considered in the example of the Penza region.

Agriculture in the Penza region is one of the leading industries, its development can contribute to

providing the inhabitants of the region with dairy products at the expense of their own production.

But this is possible only with the constant and comprehensive support of the dairy industry by the

state authorities. This article is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of the dairy

industry in the Penza region. In this study the level of consumption of dairy products by the

population is shown, the prerequisites for the development of the dairy industry in the region are

considered. The main milk producers in the Penza region, their performance indicators are

presented. The main types of milk producers are described, and a regional program for the

development of dairy cattle breeding in the region is presented and analyzed. For the analysis of

the dairy industry the method of chain substitutions was used, and the dynamics of the main

production indicators were studied. Conclusions about the effectiveness of this regional program,

the shortcomings in the region were drawn on the basis of calculations. Factors restraining the

growth and development of the dairy sector of livestock are identified, recommendations on

changing branch indicators in the near future are given, and the main directions for further actions
