ab ility . M o rp h o g e n ic ex p lan ts in co n tro l m ad e up 71 % .

T h e co m p o sitio n o f n u trtio u s m edium also had a n influence o n reg en eratio n

I t w as d eterm in ed selectio n o f tran sfo rm ed flax ex p lan ts could be carried o u t

successefully o n m ed ia co n tain in g k a n a mycin (50-100 mg /l), c la p h o ra n (200 m g/l),

c o rb en icillin (200 m g/l).
