Однако учитывая, что малые формы хозяйствования, представленные участниками одной семьи,

являются наиболее значительным элементом сельской экономики, государству необходимо

всячески оказывать таким организациям поддержку. При этом начать стоит с модернизации

социальноэкономической инфраструктуры села, обеспечить возможность получения достойного

образовании и получения медицинских и иных социальнобытовых услуг.

Annotation:

Agriculture is an integral part of the existence of any state. However, due to various reasons there is

a decrease the attractiveness of the employment of citizens in the sphere of agroindustrial farming

in the territory of rural settlements. Large enterprises of agricultural profile are closed due to staff

shortages. Therefore, to support agriculture in the country, the state should focus on the

development of small and mediumsized forms of economic activity in rural areas.

One of these forms of doing business is a family business, which has both advantages and

disadvantages. The main advantages can be considered a high cohesion of the team, shared values, a

stable structure of the enterprise, the possibility of learning the basics of doing business from a

young age. The disadvantages can be considered poor discipline, informal relationships undermine

the credibility of the CEO and the low resistance of such enterprises in the long term.

However, given the small form of management provided by participants of the same family, are the

most important element of the rural economy, the state needs to provide every possible support to

such organizations. This should begin with the modernization of social and economic rural

infrastructure, provide the possibility of obtaining a decent education and receive medical and other

social services.
