Оценка влияния ВТО на аграрный сектор

Цель
. Главной целью является определение положительных и негативных аспектов,
определение основных направлений дальнейшей работы при разработке государственных мер
поддержки.
Методология
. В ходе исследования с помощью аналитических методов изучены статистические
результаты влияния ВТО на аграрных сектор.
Результаты
. Выявлены положительные и негативные моменты влияния ВТО. Доказана
необходимость повышения независимости аграрного сектора от импортных товаров.
В статье уделено внимание состоянию и основным проблемам аграрного комплекса Российской
Федерации и последствиям, которые принесло вступление страны во Всемирную Торговую
Организацию. Основной акцент в статье сделан на основные положения касательно импорта и
экспорта товаров и их влияния на аграрный сектор. Основная проблема вступления России в ВТО
для аграрного сектора заключается в изменении мер поддержки отрасли.
Annotation:
The Russian Federation joined the World Trade Organization. In this regard, it increased relevance of
the development of agroindustrial complex, as it makes a solid contribution to the development of
the economy. The share of agriculture accounts for up to 20% of GDP.
At the same time, the effect of WTO rules on agriculture have been mixed. According to the Eurasian
Economic Commission, the volume of imports by the end of 2012 increased by only 3.5%, while
export volume grew by 7%. By joining the WTO won heavy industries such as mechanical engineering
and instrument making, aircraft construction. The agricultural sector suffered the most from the
accession to the WTO, because in this industry there are still the old problems that have yet to be
resolved. The study is based on statistical data and printing houses. The study analyzed the APC
performance in different historical periods and to determine their impact on the current trends.
The Subject
. The subject of the article is to study the impact of the WTO on the agricultural sector
of the Russian Federation for the first year of validity.
The Goal
. The main objective is to determine the positive and negative aspects, identification of the
main areas for further work in the development of government support measures.
