Также необходимо включить в нестоимост-
ные критерии оценку оборудования для вы-
полнения комплексных кадастровых работ.
Исследуя оставшиеся 10 тендеров, было
выяснено, что так как в них был заявлен мень-
ший объем работ, то вследствие этого оценка
нестоимостных факторов не проводилась. Все
участники проверялись лишь на соответствие
требованиям к проведению конкурса, после
чего допускались к проведению электронно-
го аукциона, далее отбор проводился только
на основании ценовых предложений каждой
организации.

INVESTIGATION OF THE MECHANISM OF COMPLEX CADASTRAL
WORKS PERFORMERS SELECTION

This paper examines the basic requirements for complex cadastral work (CCW) organizaƟon. The issue raised is important given the appearance of new types of ca-
dastral work which are currently underexplored. Applying the analyƟcal, staƟsƟcal and methodological methodology to a sample of Kyzyl city in the Republic of Tuva,
we invesƟgate the criteria of organizaƟon selecƟon, as well as analyze cash allocaƟon during the work performance. We also examine the relaƟonship between the
quality of work completed and its organizaƟon at the iniƟal stage. In the result of this study, along with the analysis of current requirements for CCW organizaƟon, we
provide possible soluƟons of the problems idenƟfied. Thus, this paper presents the results of a comprehensive analysis of cadastral work financing in Kyzyl city in the
Republic of Tuva in 2017, including idenƟfying the determinants of funding for cadastral work. In addiƟon, we emphasize that current rules of organizaƟon selecƟon
for CCW performance have some disadvantages which indicates that this process requires further development.
