Amelin 1 , D.K. Lavrukhin 3 , A.V. Tretyakov 3 1 leading technologist, DSc (Chemistry), Professor, FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir; Е-mail: mail@arriah.ru 2 chemist, FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir 3 Head of Laboratory, PhD (Chemistry), FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir Summary Procedure for identification (104 items) and detection (40 items) of ac- tive substances of combined pesticides of different classes in water, vegeta- bles, fruits and meat by gas chromatography with mass spectrometric and electron capture detectors was developed. Pesticides from samples of vegeta- bles, fruits and meat were extracted by QuEChERS using acetonitrile. Addi- tional purification and concentration (50-60 times) of the extract was per- formed by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction. Pesticides were extracted from water using hexane by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (concen- tration level was more than 100). Limits of detection by time-of-flight mass- spectrometric detector were 0,01-0,02 mg/kg for solid test objects and 1-2  g/l for water. Limits of quantification of pesticides in solid test objects were 1-2  g/kg and 0,05-0,1  g/l for water. Run time is 1-2 hours, relative stand- ard deviation of rest results is not higher than 0,18. Key words : pesticides, gas liquid chromatography, electron capture de- tector, time-of-flight mass-spectrometric detector, testing of water, vegetables and meat, QuEChERS method, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
