огромное количество оросительных каналов заросли кустарником и мелколесьем. Поэтому

необходимо осуществлять внедрение новых технологий для проведения эксплуатационных

работ на мелиоративных системах. Вторая проблема это физическое и моральное старение

мелиоративной техники, что связано с отсутствием целевого финансирования. Третья

проблема это кислая реакция почв. Все выявленные проблемы требуют оперативного

решения.

Annotation:

This article is devoted to the state of agricultural land in the Pskov region. For a long period of lack

of cultivation of land their condition worsened and this is manifested in the degradation of soils,

changes in the fertile layer of the earth. The meliorative component of the agro-industrial complex

is restored very slowly, because There is no scientific and personnel support. Currently, state

programs have been developed to improve the state of the meliorative complex, but there is no

visible result. This is explained by the absence of a state-wide organizational and controlling

mechanism for managing land reclamation at the level of regions and individual economic

"meliorative" subjects. The number of arable land in the Pskov region is decreasing every year.

The Pskov region is characterized by a deterioration in the state of the soil cover and a decrease in

fertility. The condition of the meliorative complex is influenced by such factors as technical and

organizational and legal. For the Pskov region, we can identify a number of main problems

characteristic of the meliorative complex. The first problem is that a huge number of irrigation

canals are overgrown with bushes and small forests. Therefore, it is necessary to implement new

technologies for carrying out maintenance work on reclamation systems. The second problem is

the physical and moral aging of land reclamation technology, which is due to the lack of targeted

financing. The third problem is the acid reaction of soils. All identified problems require an

operational solution.
