Научная статья подробно исследует вопросы влияния региональных цен на эволюцию
зернового рынка. В ней также дан общий обзор зернового рынка уральского экономического
района. Проведен сравнительный анализ эффективности зернопроизводства Пермского края и
Свердловской области. В работе отмечено огромное влияние современных технологий на
динамику развития. По мнению автора, зернопродуктовое хозяйство региона будет
развиваться в агропродуктовые кластеры территориального, регионального, федерального и
мирового уровня, будут появляться интегрированные образования, в которых бы
выстраивалась вся цепочка «наукапроизводствохранениеторговляпотребитель». Данные
научные разработки появились в тесном сотрудничестве с производством и активно
применяются на практике в региональных зерновых программах. Неоднократно проводились
полевые изыскательские работы на сельских территориях края. Ученые и студенты Пермской
ГСХА участвовали в инновационных проектных работах по внедрению перспективных
разработок в хозяйствах региона. Целесообразно учитывать данное исследование при
принятии управленческих решений на всех уровнях власти.
Annotation:
This paper explores the priorities of the prices, as the success of grain farming in the region. The
author gives a description of the boundaries of the grain market development under the influence
the free prices on bread. It identifies directions of perfection of organizationaleconomic
mechanism of steady development of grain farms. It is shown that the costs should be partially
compensated, then the grain production will be competitive at both the regional and global
markets. Knowledge of the structures of the cost helping professionals on how to see the price of
priorities and make the right decisions. On grain prices in a market plagued with many internal
and external factors. With the establishment of the final price of bread take into account the
degree of state regulation, the level of the dynamics of demand, the needs of wholesalers and
retailers, the economic condition of the competitors. Select the priority of the prices in the grain
framework of the regional programme aims to increase the volumes of sales of agricultural
products, improve productivity, strengthen the market position of the agrofood enterprises. From
this largely depends on the commercial result of agribusiness. The programme solved the problem
of the relationship of prices for goods of Prime necessity (bread) within the range, the use of
discounts and varying prices, provide the optimum ratio of the price index with the price of a
competitor. Subsidies for agricultural producers, organization of its distribution for different
population groups affect consumer choice and generates the priority prices.
The scientific article examines in detail the issues of the impact of regional prices on the evolution
of the grain market. It also offers an overview of the grain market of the Ural economic region.
Comparative analysis of efficiency of grain production in Perm Krai and Sverdlovsk region. The
author mentions the huge impact of modern technology on the dynamics of development.
According to the author, grain products economy of the region will develop in agroproductive
clusters, territorial, regional, Federal and world level, there will be integrated education that builds
the entire chain of "scienceproductionstoragetradeconsumer". These scientific developments
have appeared in close collaboration with the production and actively used in practice in the
regional grain programs. He has conducted field survey work in rural territories of the region.
Scientists and students of the Perm state agricultural Academy participated in innovative project
work on the introduction of promising developments in the farms of the region. It is advisable to
consider this research when making management decisions at all levels of government.
