как гаранта социального равновесия регулировать отрасль и создавать общественные блага,
которые будут стимулировать развитие АПК и повышать её престиж.
Сможет ли рыночный механизм и дальше функционировать в сельскохозяйственной отрасли, и
каковы его дальнейшие перспективы покажет время. Исторические предпосылки у нашей
страны для этого имеются. Следует отметить необходимость в более решительных действиях по
поддержке отрасли сельского хозяйства, которая позволит нашим предприятиям не только
обеспечить удовлетворение внутреннего спроса, но и, в перспективе, в разы увеличить экспорт
сельскохозяйственной продукции. В статье проанализированы основные положительные и
отрицательные аспекты рыночного механизма, предложены инструменты его развития. Проведён
анализ исторических данных.
Annotation:
The agricultural sector of the Russian Federation is undergoing a structural transformation associated
with import substitution. Under the new strategy, the importance of agriculture sector increased. At
the moment the country has a market model of regulation of the industry, but it cannot function as a
complete independent system. For a balanced development of the market mechanism is required to
improve the social conditions of life of the population, which would improve the overall economic
system.
Development of an agricultural complex began after the launch of Federal programs to support
private entrepreneurship. And the transition continues, because the state set a difficult task to
develop mechanisms of management of the sector in which the market mechanism was developed
independently. In the absence of experience in business, formed a structural crisis. Problem for the
development of the market mechanism in agriculture is a broad geographical coverage, which regions
are developing unevenly. The task of the state as the guarantor of social equilibrium is to regulate
the industry and create public goods that will stimulate development of the agricultural sector and
enhance its prestige.
If the market mechanism continue to operate in the agricultural sector, and what are its future
prospects the time will show. The historical background of our country for that. It should be noted
the need for more decisive action to support the industry of agriculture, which will allow our
