обновления основных фондов в сельском хозяйстве. Для решения поставленной задачи

необходимо применить комплекс мер, который охватывает все аспекты основных фондов

сельского хозяйства. В данной статье приводится обзор вопроса о фондах, выявление причин

возникновения проблема и предложение направлений по ее решению.

Annotation:

Fixed assets are an important and integral element of production in any industry. Currently, the

disposal of equipment is many times the arrival of new technology in agricultural enterprises, which

often appears to be a single acquisition of equipment. In addition the implementation of the state

program on development of agriculture in the Russian Federation it is necessary to make

comprehensive proposals for resolving the problem of renewal of fixed assets in agriculture.

In considering the question of fixed assets in agriculture, has identified the specific issues that affect

the entire industry as a whole: its development and economic status. The problem of fixed assets in

agriculture have found their origin in the neglected issue at the state and regional levels. Growth rate

of producer prices for the products of agricultural producers is lower than the growth rate of prices for

industrial products and services that must be paid to agricultural producers. Tasks in the framework

of the question posed has not been and is not solved for a long time. Timely renewal of fixed assets in

agriculture, which requires comprehensive measures and a new approach to the issue, will allow to

solve important problems of agriculture in General.

In addition the implementation of the state program on development of agriculture in the Russian

Federation it is necessary to make comprehensive proposals for resolving the problem of renewal of

fixed assets in agriculture. To solve this problem it is necessary to apply a set of measures that covers

all aspects of fixed assets of agriculture. This article provides an overview of the issue of funds,

identification of the causes of the problem and offer directions for its solution.
