Amaranth is a perspective crop*for receiving of plant

protein

The biological andbiochemical peculiarities ofamaranth, anew perspective for Belarus and

highly productive grain crop are considered. This crop is enriched with a high-quality proteins

and is capable to supply people with food, medicines and with forage for animals.

. Biochemical peculiarities of protein accumulation

in tubers of potatoes in conditions of sod-podzol sandy loam soil optimization

The optimization sod-podzol clay sandy loam of soil on base peat is an important factor of

the accumulation squirrel in tubers of the potatoes and improvements its biological value.

. The increase protein and mineral value of feeds with use of local raw

materials in ration of livestock

It was found that using of feed supplemented with a preservative provided increasing of

metabolic energy concentration improving of coni silage nourishing, coefficients of nutrients of

digestibility, increasing of daily gain by 77g, laver feed expenses by 4.6%.

The efficiency of silages frommaize,

amaranth of lupine for finishing steers

Feeding rations involving 45-46%ofcorn-amaranth orcorn-lupine silageto finishingsteers

led to an increase of average daily gain by 11-14% and a decrease of feed expenses by 7-12%.

When a part of concentrates was substituted for experimental silages up to 56%, average daily

gains readied 896-905 g.

PVMA with new varieties rape in steers

rations

It was established that rape oilcake and rape oil containing of 1.4-1.9% of glucozynolates

and 27-30 mkMol per 1 kg of DM of eruk acid can be used in KR-2 mixed feed in the dose of

15-20%oftotal value. As aresult, daily gains ofcalves became to 876-906 g while feed expenses

were 4.66-5.17 FU per 1 kg of gam.

Factors influencing on the amino acid content in protein of

wheat grain

The influence ofplant growing condition and grain size upon content of basic amino acids

in wheat grain protein has been studied experimentally by means of dye binding capacity.

L. SokoVma.

The role of nitrogen fertflies and new growth regulators in yield and

quality of spring wheat grain

Materials of nitric forage and growth regulators influence at yields and quality of spring

wheat corns are stated in the article. It is determinedthat combines usage ofnitrogen and growth

regulators guarantees growth of com harvest of “Darya» grade by 9,1-14,2 c/h, “Haiti» - 10,0-

14,3 c/h, as well as thanks to growth regulators from 4,0 to 5,9 c/h. At the same time the protein

content grew at 0,5-1,9%, gluten - at 2,9-5,0%.

Bred way of solution of the plant protein problem

in the regions of Russia and Belarus

The cooperation of two selection regions on creation of grades of a winter wheat is

considered in the article. The prospects and prnpose of cooperation, generality of directions, the

developed methods ofselection and practical results are shown.
