The present work, taking as example 72 typical peasant-farms from Central-BlacKearth Region, investiga­ tes according to this the economical principles of farm organisation and management. Typical farms were inve­ stigated by the;cost accounting-method and the acedunting -ledgers for each farm published in a separate volume, („Essay of investigation of the farm management in the Central Blackearthen Region* ; Moskbw. 1926 ) . Agriculture in the CentrahBlackearth Region is characterized as a grain three-field-systeme with non-mark^ .ting, branches Iof cattle-breeding. This old systeme is now evidenly not sufficiently intensive in comparison with the density of the rural population.
