С появлением сорта Московская 39 появилась реальная возможность получения продовольственного зер- на пшеницы собственного производства в густонаселенном регионе России, пригодного для хлебопечения. Длительный период возделы- вания сорта Московская 39 в производственных условиях подтвер- ждают его преимущества по сочетанию повышенного содержания клейковины с урожайностью. 6. Результативность селекции на качество подтверждается созданием нового сорта Московская 40 с показателем качества, превысившим Московскую 39. 7. Увеличение площадей посева продуктивных сортов озимой пшеницы с улучшением условий их выращивания, будут способствовать фор- мированию стратегического резерва зерна пшеницы в центре России. PRODUCTIVITY AND THE QUALITY OF THE TYPES OF WINTER WHEAT OF THE SELECTION OF MOSCOW SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF AGRICULTURE «NEMCHINOVKA», CULTIVATED IN THE CENTER OF RUSSIA B. I. Sandukhadze, M. I. Rybakova, G. V. Kochetygov, R. Z. Mamedov, V. V. Bugrova, K. E. Sandukhadze We represented the productivity of the types of winter wheat of the selection of Moscow scientific research institute of agriculture «Nemchinovka». Differences in the types on the productivity, its level, achieved in the process of selection, can be realized with the differ- ent conditions of cultivation, the ecological tests and the production conditions. In the se- lection to the productivity the types Galina and Nemchinovskaya 24 are acknowledged the best, with the potential productivity 80–90 c/ha. Under the conditions of center for the first time in the selection to the quality of grain is created the type Moscovskaya 39, pos- sessing the stable content of the protein 15–16%, of gluten 35–38%, with productivity 50– 60 c/ha, in reference to the strong wheat of the first group. Type is included in State Regis- ter of selective achievements, it is allowed to the cultivation in 6 regions. The areas of its sowing rapidly grew and they reached in the separate years more than 1 mln ha. It is con- firmed that with the advent of type Moscovskaya 39 in the center of Russia appeared the possibility of its own production of food grain for the bread–baking as strategic reserve. Individual selection from Moscovskaya 39 brought out the type Moscovskaya 40, with ex- ceeding of the basic indices of quality of grain, content of protein to 1,0–1,5%, the glutens on 2–3%. Under the contemporary conditions are cultivated productive types Moscovskaya 56, and also Nemchinovskaya 57 and Nemchinovskaya 17, created with the participation Moscovskaya 39.
