As a result of the work performed it was determined that CSFV accumulation in primary porcine cell cultures: bone marrow, leucocytes, spleen, lymph nodes, alveolar macrophages, does not considerably differ from the such in continuous cell lines РК-15, А 4 ×С 2 . Primary porcine testicles and kidneys as well as continuous cell cultures of African green monkey kidneys (CV-1) and rhesus monkey kidneys (MARC-145) demonstrated low sensitivity to field isolates of the classical swine fever virus isolated in Russia in 2015. Key words: classical swine fever isolate, cell culture, virus titer, cell culture infectious dose, direct immunofluorescence test. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
