As a result of the work per- formed it was determined that cell cultures РК-15, А 4 ×С 2 , CKCC (con- tinuous kidney cell culture), PK and MARC-145 are the most suitable for further adaptation of these isolates. Metamorphoses that infected cell undergo as the CSFV isolates adapt to different cell cultures were deter- mined. Key words: classical swine fever virus isolate, syncytium , symplast, nucleoplast, plaque, direct immunofluorescence test. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
