E2-ELISA is found to be highly stable and precise as for its repeatability and reproducibility. The assay diagnostic specificity was 99,78%, and diagnostic sensitivity was 97,18%. Routine diagnostic tests confirmed high specificity and sensitivity of the assay determined during its development. Key words: validation, classical swine fever, antibodies, enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
