Spring viraemia of carp virus was cultivated in continuous ЕРС cell line at 10 passages, from passages 1 to 10 the titres were between 5.01 and 7.79 lg TCD 50 /cm 3 . The presence of viral antigen was confirmed by using serological and molecu- lar biological examinations.
