Found that the viscosity and stability of emulsions of both vaccines did not change from the initial standard specifications. Vaccines did not demonstrate increase in reactogenicity. Mean activity of all antigens of the tested vaccines was within the specifications. But lower limit of the confidence interval of regression of IB virus antigen level reached critical value after 18 months of storage. Based on the obtained results the following conclusion was made: the tested veterinary preparations maintain essential quality parameters during at least 18 months of storage (р≤0,05), and this period can be considered as their shelf life. Key words: egg drop syndrome-76, avian infectious bronchitis, New- castle disease, infectious bursal disease. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
