Manin 2 1 Leading Biologist, FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir; e-mail: lazareva@arriah.ru 2 Leading Researcher, Candidate of Science (Biology), FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir; e-mail: manin_bl@arriah.ru Summary The paper provides the assessment of primary trypsinized chick em- bryo fibroblast cell cryoconservation parameters: cryoprotector concen- tration, cryoprotectant equilibration, cryoconservation and storage meth- ods. It was determined that the majority of cells remain viable when chick embryo fibroblast cell suspension is cryoconservated with the addition of 20% fetal serum and 10% DMSO and stored at -150°C. Stored in such conditions, the cells retain the highest sensitivity to the viruses up to 6 months. Key words: chick embryo fibroblast cells, cryoconservation, cryopro- tectors.
