Farms with cases of virus persistence were identified using virological, serological and molecular-biological methods. Samples from 14 poultry farms were positive based on results of the polymerase chain reaction; it constituted 25% out of the total number of poultry farms under examination. ALV-J antibodies were detected in chicken blood sera from 70% of farms both egg-type and broiler-type which sent samples to the FGBI «ARRIAH» for testing. Key words: avian leucosis virus, ELISA, solid-phase immunosorbent assay, polymerase chain reaction, chicken fibroblast culture. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
