It was shown that under conditions of experimental infection the pandemic virus caused in pigs slight respiratory pathology manifested by short-term hyperthermia and catarrhal rhinitis. The immunization of piglets by inactivated vaccine from homologous strain A/swine/California/07/2009 (H1N1) protected them from disease in case of pandemic virus infection whereas vaccine from heterologous strain A/swine Iova/15/30 (H1N1) provided no protection of animals. Key words: influenza virus, pandemic strain, experimental infection of pigs. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
