Vyshelessky», Minsk, Republic of Belarus Summary Results of comparative testings of immunogenicity of experimental samples of vaccines against avian reovirus infection produced using chicken SPF embryos, chicken embryo fibroblast cultures and Vero cell cultures are demonstrated in the paper. The high efficiency of given vaccines was shown, the advantage of using Vero cell culture for production of vaccines against avian reovirus infection was proved.
