ANTIGENIC RELATIONSHIP OF STRAIN O-72 TO EUROPEAN AND ASIAN STRAINS OF SWINE VESICULAR DISEASE VIRUS N.N. Lugovskaya leading research worker, PhD (Biology), FGBI «ARRIAH», Vladimir; Е-mail: lugovskaya@arriah.ru Summary Strain O-72 of swine vesicular disease (SVD) virus was examined for its antigenic relationship to known SVD strains and isolates from the strain collection of the Laboratory for Farm Animal Disease Diagnosis of the FGBI “ARRIAH” using microneutralization test in IB-RS-2 cell culture and 5B7- ELISA. Strain O-72 was shown to be closely related to the majority of exam- ined strains. Key words: swine vesicular disease, enzyme-linked immunosorbent as- say (ELISA), microneutralization test Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
