Prokhvatilova Summary An ELISA test-system for detection of antibodies to rotavirus in porcine sera was developed. Cultural inactivated purified concentrated porcine rotavirus KR-47 strain was used as antigen. Results of comparative testings of porcine sera with the developed ELISA and Ingezim rotavirus ELISA test-kit (INGENAZA, Spain) are given. The relative specificity and sensitivity of the developed method were determined. The given ELISA test-system was used for determination of a level of rotavirus spread in pigs on pig farms of the Central Federal Okrug of the Russian Federation (CFO RF).
