Avsitidiysky, S.V. Frolov, A.V. Scherbakov, V.V. Borisov Summary Experimental samples of recombinant vaccine against egg-drop syndrome-76 with various concentrations of the virus fiber protein in an inoculation volume were prepared and tested in chicks. It was shown that vaccines with the protein concentration of 50 to 200 µg induced high specific antibody titers against EDS-76 virus in inoculated birds that were similar to levels induced by a serial inactivated vaccine. As a result, we determined a minimal concentration of the recombinant protein in the inoculation volume of the vaccine necessary to induce protective antibody titers – 50 µg.
