Diev Summary The paper is devoted to the development of a test-system on the basis of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay for the detection of antibody to Aujeszky’s disease virus in swine sera when testing them in the selected working dilution. The permissible optical density values for positive and negative controls, values of optical density for the differentiation of nonspecific, ambiguous and specific reactions were determined and the only serum working dilution which can be used for the prediction of antibody titre values was established.
