Starov, N.I. Gerasimova, M.Ye. Kachalova Summary Results of testing the inactivated vaccine against avian metapneumovirus infection for antigenic activity and preservation of immunobiological characteristics are given in the paper. A series of experiments showed that the vaccine application allowed the production of antibody in a positive quantity in 2 weeks following vaccination and maintenance of its minimum for 10 weeks. In the second series of experiments the capability of the vaccine to maintain the antigenic activity at storage for a year was confirmed. Электронная Научная СельскоХозяйственная Библиотека
